Cross Consulting Engineers provides complete building design services for the commercial, industrial and institutional client. Building styles range from simple pre-engineered steel structures to multi-story steel, masonry and concrete buildings. We work closely with architects (retained by us or the client), if the owner has special needs or aesthetic concerns. Many of our projects, however, do not require the assistance of architectural consultants.

Renovation and restoration projects require special attention by our design staff. We appreciate the value of historic buildings and strongly believe in the concept of adaptive re-use of structures. Handicapped accessibility needs present special challenges with existing structures. We have the depth and experience to meet these challenges.
