Cross Consulting Engineers was retained to perform a five year indefinite quantity contract for boundary surveys for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) located in Colchester, VT.  NRCS was acquiring easements to wetlands from various landowners located throughout Vermont.  CCE is one of only two firms selected in Vermont to perform these surveys.  A total of twenty-eight surveys totaling more than 1400 acres were surveyed and mapped during the first twenty-four months of this project.

This contract has been renewed twice and we are currently still performing these surveys. A total of 42 surveys have been performed for NRCS.
